I am a New York native, music connoisseur, and global trekker.  I graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University and have been working with adults, adolescents and couples on their journey towards wellness.  I have worked in both community clinics and private practice settings and am committed to providing quality mental health services at affordable costs.  I am a multiculturally trained and social justice minded clinician and believe in the power of change. I will work with you to reach your wellness goals, foster greater life balance, and increase your ability to weather life's challenges.
