Lynda Martin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of New York. She earned her Master’s Degree from The Wright Institute in Berkeley, California in Clinical Psychology. Her career started in San Francisco at an intensive outpatient program for teens and families experiencing severe mental health challenges. After moving to New Jersey she continued her work with families by providing therapy to families and children impacted by abuse, intergenerational trauma and separation.
As a licensed therapist in New York, Lynda is now utilizing online therapy to reach a broader range of clients experiencing difficulties in relationships and personal growth. As a Marriage and Family Therapist she focuses on the varying relationships and systems that each clients moves within. Through a holistic approach she incorporates varying theories to her work including trauma informed practice, attachment based theory and mindfulness strategies.
